FAQ

HOW CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT? 

All bookings & enquiries can be emailed to christinalaroccamua@gmail or simply fill out all fields of the Booking Form

Please allow 48 hours for a response. Please also check your junk/spam folder, as my replies may sometimes go straight into the junk folder. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES CHRISTINA LA ROCCA MAKE UP ARTISTRY ACCEPT?

Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash.

 

If paying via bank transfer, payment must be made before your appointment and a screen shot of the payment transferred must be sent to me.

If paying by cash on the day, please ensure you have the exact amount.

HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT GO FOR? 

I usually like to allocate 1 hour per appointment.  For brides & bridal trials, I allocate 1 hour and 20 mins. 

 

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Please ensure that you arrive with a clean face. I will prep and prime your face accordingly. 
For the best, long lasting results please ensure that your skin is moisturized and exfoliated at least 2 days before your appointment. 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED / DO YOU TRAVEL?

My studio is located in Pascoe Vale ( northern suburbs of Melbourne)

 

I do travel to clients however, a minimum of 3 people is required for all mobile bookings. 
Please note, a travel fee will also be charged depending on location. 

DO YOU OFFER BRIDAL TRIALS? 

Absolutely! I believe bridal trials are so important to ensure that you are 100% happy with the look before your big day. During the appointment I will sit down with you and discuss your preferred looks. I will also make suggestions. I always recommend bringing photos of makeup looks you  like. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT? 

If you need to cancel your appointment, it must be cancelled more than 1 day before your appointment. 

If you cancel on the day of your appointment, you must pay 50% of the amount of the service you have chosen.
