Appointment
Please note all appointments with Christina are held at her private studio in Pascoe Vale, 3044.
Mobile services are available, however a minimum is required. Please see below

A 2 person minimum is required if the location is within 10-15km of her Pascoe Vale studio.

A 3 person minimum is required if the location is within 20-25km of her Pascoe Vale studio
A travel fee will also be charged. If you wish to book in for a mobile service please specify in your enquiry.
Where parking fee applies, the client(s) is required to pay for this at the time of the service e.g hotel parking , carpark or meter parking.
Due to time allocations, any confirmed bookings cannot be changed from the original confirmed details (i.e decreasing the total number of people booked) If you would like to add an additional person to the booking please speak with Christina and she will do her best to accommodate. Any extra services provided will require additional payment.

Deposits
Deposits are only required for bridal bookings & group bookings.
20% of the total amount will need to be paid in order for your booking to be secure/confirmed.
Please note deposits are non refundable.
On the day of your appointment, the remaining amount can be paid in cash or via bank transfer.

Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it will be automatically cancelled. Please allow time in case there is roadwork/traffic etc
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 48 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will still be required to pay the full amount of the service chosen.

COVID -19
If your event / booking has been affected by COVID- 19 and/or government restrictions, your deposit can be transferred to a new date.
However, the new date must be within 6 months of the original booking and Christina must be available to take on the new booking.
If Christina is not available to take the new booking, the deposit will turn into a credit to use towards any future booking.
If you are feeling unwell or have any COLD/FLU symptoms please notify Christina immediately to cancel your appointment. If you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or if you have been asked to isolate and your appointment is within 24 hours you must cancel your appointment.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Please notify Christina prior to your appointment if you have any allergies or skin conditions such as conjunctivitis, cold sore etc.
It is the client's responsibility to notify Christina of any conditions or allergies.
Makeup applications will not be performed while these conditions are present due to the high risk of infection that can be passed on to other clients.
